Like-Minded Peers: Our cohort will include six (6) trauma-informed care professionals all looking to launch their own course or workshop

Cohort Partnership: We will meet weekly for ten (10) weeks; the weekly time will be determined by the group together

Flexibility: Recordings will be provided after every meeting

  • If you’re a mental health professional looking to expand your services beyond one-on-one settings, this cohort is for you. Whether you are creating a course or workshop for the first time or refining an existing idea, this program delivers structured guidance, peer support and accountability to help you successfully bring your vision to life.

  • The total cost is $480 for 10-sessions. Further payment details include:

    • A $100 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

    • The remaining balance will be charged after our Orientation Call.

    • Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront.

    • Custom payment arrangements may be accommodated upon request

  • In this cohort, you will receive structured guidance, peer support, and accountability to successfully launch your course or workshop. You will benefit from:

    • Weekly Live Zoom Meetings: Interactive sessions with expert instruction and group discussions.

    • WhatsApp Group: Ongoing support and connection with fellow participants.

    • Peer Accountability: Stay motivated and on track with a like-minded community.

    • Practical Tools & Resources: Access to valuable materials and strategies to help you design and launch your offering.

    Our aim is to equip you with everything needed to confidently bring your vision to life and successfully launch your course or workshop.

  • The time commitment for this cohort includes:

    • One (1) Orientation Call prior to the start of the cohort (30 minutes).

    • Ten (10) one-hour sessions scheduled weekly. As a group, we will decide on the best weekly time options.

    • Session Recordings will be provided after each session in case you miss any.

    This structure ensures flexibility while maintaining consistency throughout the cohort.

  • Each weekly session will follow an interactive format, including:

    • 20-minute lesson covering key concepts and strategies for course or workshop development.

    • 30-40 minute group work where participants will be prompted each week to address certain aspects of their course with each other, share insights, ask questions and receive feedback.

    • Collaborative support to help refine ideas and stay on track with your progress.

    This structure ensures active engagement and provides meaningful opportunities for reflection and peer learning.

  • To join the cohort, simply pay the $100 deposit using the payment form above to reserve your spot. Once the deposit is received, you will receive further instructions to complete the registration process.
